沙盘游戏对儿童社交恐惧症及其自我意识的影响

Influence of Sandplay on children′s social phobia and self-awareness

目的探讨沙盘游戏对儿童社交恐惧症及其自我意识的影响。方法选取2015年10月~2017年10月我院收治的78例社交恐惧症患儿作为研究对象,采用沙盘游戏对其进行2个月的临床治疗,比较分析患儿治疗前后的临床效果、自我意识及社会适应能力。结果患儿治疗后的CGI-GI明显低于治疗前,CGI-EI明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿治疗后的行为、躯体外貌、合群、焦虑、智力与学校、幸福与满足等自我意识明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿治疗后的独立生活能力、运动能力、交往能力、作用能力、自我管理能力等社会适应能力明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院应用沙盘游戏对社交恐惧症患儿进行治疗,临床效果较好,明显改善了患儿的自我意识和社会适应能力,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the influence of Sandplay on children′ s social phobia and self-awareness.Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,78 cases of social phobia children admitted to our hospital were selected as the subject,and treated with sandplay for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,self-consciousness and social adaptability of children before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The CGI-GI after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and CGI-EI was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Children′s self-consciousness,such as behavior,intelligence and school,physical appearance,anxiety,group,happiness and satisfaction were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the ability of independent living,exercise,communication,function and self management were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sandplay therapy for children with social phobia is effective in our hospital,significantly improves the selfconsciousness and social adaptability of children,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
