后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术治疗老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术对老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者疼痛数字评分(NRS评分)、功能障碍指数评分(ODI评分)的影响。方法选取我院2014年7月~2016年7月收治的78例老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象,根据患者的治疗方法分为对照组(38例)和观察组(40例),对照组患者进行保守治疗,观察组患者进行后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗优良率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的71.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的NRS评分、ODI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组患者的NRS评分、ODI评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后路椎弓根螺钉置入修复术对老年脊柱退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者的治疗效果较好,可有效缓解患者的疼痛度,改善腰椎功能障碍,安全性好,临床推广应用价值高。 Objective To study the effect of posterior pedicle screw placement on pain digit score(NRS score) and disability index score(ODI score) in elderly patients with spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods From July2014 to July 2016,78 cases of senile spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the treatment of the patients,they were divided into the control group(38 cases) and the observation group(40 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with posterior pedicle screw placement.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 71.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The NRS and ODI scores of the two groups were not significant before the treatment(P〈0.05).After one month of treatment,the NRS score and ODI score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw placement prosthesis for elderly patients with spinal degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis disease treatment effect is better,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the lumbar vertebral function obstacle,with good safety,high clinical application value.
