摘要
预应力锚杆为预应力风机基础的重要承力构件,承受不间断的数十万次的往复拉伸载荷,锚杆不仅要满足在风机基础不同荷载工况下的强度要求,也要满足风机基础疲劳载荷的要求。文章以某型预应力锚杆为例,测定锚杆材料的疲劳S-N曲线,计算材料的疲劳极限,同时分析锚杆实际工作载荷,对锚杆产品组成的螺纹连接副进行了疲劳试验,为锚杆的疲劳寿命设计提供了数据支撑。
Pre-stressed anchor bolts are important components of pre-stressed concrete of wind turbine. Alternating load is applied on pre-stressed anchor bolts, which implies anchor bolts should be able to satisfy the strength requirement and satisfy with fatigue resistance. The article takes an example of a specified type of anchor bolts, obtaining the fatigue curve(S-N curve) of material of anchor bolts experimentally. The endurance limit of the material is figured out. Meanwhile, the actual working load is analyzed. The fatigue test with bolt joint of anchor bolts is done to offer data support for the fatigue life design of anchor bolts.
