基于OPC技术的船坞顶升装置故障及信号监控系统

摘要 针对上海外高桥造船有限公司内40点总段移位顶升装置系统的状态显示及故障报警系统,利用OPC通讯技术及WinCC应用软件,制作一套独立于原厂家产品的故障及信号监控系统,该监控系统的特点是运行高速,信息量大,在公司总段移位时提供更有效、高速的操作及维修保障。 Aiming at the condition display and fault alarming system of the 40-point total segment displacement lifting device system in the company, the OPC communication technology and WinCC application software are used to make a set of fault and signal monitoring system which is independent from the original factory. The monitoring system has features of operation in high speed with large information quantity. It offers more effective operation and maintenance guarantee with higher speed during total segment displacement in the company.
