摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取红松中的精油,通过单因素试验及正交试验,以比较料液比、浸泡时间及蒸馏时间对红松松针精油提取率的影响,结果得出红松松针精油提取的最佳工艺是：料液比1：16,浸泡时间12h,蒸馏时间8h。
Using steam distillation extraction of essential oil of Korean pine,by single factor test andor-thogonal test,to compare the material liquid ratio,soaking time and distillation of Korean pine needle oil extraction yield,the influence of the results reached the best technology of Korean pine needle oil ex-traction is：material liquid ratio 1：16,soaking time of 12h,8h distillation time.
