果蝇实验对“发现式”实验教学改革的推动作用 被引量:1

摘要 在开展遗传学的有关实验教学中,果蝇是较为经典且常见的实验材料。现阶段我国诸多高校通过将果蝇作为实验材料的遗传学实验,仍然以较为经典的验证式教学为主,无法吸引学生实验兴趣,无法提升教学质量。由此本次研究针对果蝇实验对"发现式"实验教学改革的作用展开研究,对实验教学内容进行调整,实现了"验证式"实验教学至"发现式"实验教学的转变,从而有效提高实验学习成效。 Fruit flies are relatively classic and common experimental materials in carrying out experi-mental teaching of genetics.Many colleges and universities in our country at present stage by flies as experimental material of genetics experiment,verified with a more classic type teaching is given priori-ty to,still unable to attract the students' experiment interest,unable to improve the teaching quality.Thus the research on fruit flies experiment on the"discovery" study of the role of experiment teaching reform,adjust the experiment teaching content,implement the"authentication type"experimental teaching to"discover" the transformation of the experimental teaching,thereby effectively improve the learning effect.
