摘要
四川自贡的餐饮在四川乃至更广范围内享有较高知名度和美誉度.但是由于自贡的餐饮企业没有有效的开展品牌营销,导致了自贡的餐饮品牌价值和核心竞争力不强.本文以A餐饮公司为研究对象,通过SWOT详细分析了A餐饮公司品牌营销的现状,从而找出品牌营销中存在的问题,并针对性地提出对策,以期能够为自贡市中小型餐饮企业品牌营销提供借鉴。
Sichuan zigong cuisine enjoys high popularity and reputation in sichuan and beyond. Howev-er, since the catering enterprises in zigong do not carry out effective brand marketing, the catering brand value and core competitiveness of zigong are not strong. In this paper A catering company as the research object, through the SWOT analysis in detail for A catering company brand marketing present situation, so as to find out the problems existing in the brand marketing, and puts forward countermea-sures, in order to can provide reference for small and medium sized catering enterprises zigong city brand marketing.
