二甲基砜对小鼠抗炎作用及免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:考察二甲基砜对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的炎症小鼠血清中的细胞因子的影响及碳廓清能力,探索二甲基砜的抗炎作用和对免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、地塞米松阳性组及二甲基砜高、中、低剂量组,连续给药7天后,腹腔注射LPS,采血后检测血清中IL-17F、IL-22、IL-23、TNF-α表达水平,并计算各组小鼠的脾脏、胸腺系数及单核-巨噬细胞的碳廓清能力。结果:与模型组比较,二甲基砜组能明显减少促炎因子IL-17F、TNF-α的分泌,并增强抗炎因子IL-22的表达水平,显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬率。结论:二甲基砜对LPS诱导的炎症小鼠具有明显的抗炎作用,增强小鼠免疫功能,且其对免疫系统无明显抑制作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of dimethyl sulfone on serum cytokines in mice induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and the ability of carbon clearance, To explore the anti-inflammatory effect of dimethyl sulfone and its effect on immune function. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, dexamethasone positive group and dimethylsulfone high, medium and low dose groups. After continuous administration for 7 days, LPS was injected intraperitoneally, Testing the IL -17F, IL-22, IL-23 and TNF-α of serum, Calculate the spleen, thymus coefficient and the ability of carbon monocyte-macrophage carbon clearance in each group. Results: Compared with the model group, dimethyl sulfone group could significantly reduce the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines IL-17F and TNF-α, enhance the expression of anti-inflammatory factor IL-22 and significantly increase the phagocytosis rate of macrophages. Conclusion: Dimethyl sulfone has obvious anti-inflammatory effect on LPS-induced inflammatory mice and enhances immune function in mice, and it has no obvious inhibitory effect on immune system.
