全面从严治党视域下党员干部理想信念教育实效性问题研究——以西安市相关实践为例

Study on the Effectiveness of the Education of Party Members' Ideals and Beliefs from the Perspective of Administering the Party in an All-Round and Strict Way——Take the Practice of Xi'an as An Example

中国共产党历来重视党员干部理想信念建设,随着干部教育工作的开展,理想信念教育取得显著成效,但也存在着组织重视不够、教育内容不完善、教育方法单一滞后等问题,理想信念教育无法满足党员干部成长需求的状况在一定范围内普遍存在。今后应从完善理想信念教育课程体系建设、开创理想信念教育新平台、建立科学化考核评价体系等方面,进一步增强理想信念教育的实效性。

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of the ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres. With the development of cadre education, the education of ideals and beliefs has achieved remarkable results, but there is also insufficient organizational attention and imperfect contents of education. Lagging of education methods appears, and ideal and belief education can not meet the growing needs of Party members and cadres in a certain range. In the future, we should improve the curriculum system of ideal and belief education, create a new platform for ideal and belief education, and establish a scientific eval-uation system to further enhance the effectiveness of ideal and belief education.
