农民组织化视域下西部农村党组织建设——以甘肃省临夏回族自治州Y镇为例

Chinese Western Rural Party Organization Construction in the Perspective of Peasants Organization——Taking Y Town in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province as An Example

农民组织化是我国农业现代化的必然路径,而农民组织化的深入发展离不开农村基层党组织这一关键性领导要素。由于社会转型以及自身建设的不足,西部农村党组织在队伍建设、体制机制、作用发挥等方面面临着严峻的现实考验。改善西部地区农村基层组织建设需要从提升农村内生性发展能力、完善管理体制机制、改善党建文化生态等方面系统推进。

Peasants organization is the inevitable route to realize agricultural modernization in China, but the deep development of peasants organization need rural grass-roots Party organizations which is the key leadership factor. Due to the social transformation and deficiency of self construction, the western rural Party organizations are faced with some severe realistic test in terms of team building,institutional mechanisms and role playing and so on. In order to improve the western rural grass-roots Party organizations, systemic mea-sures should be taken to advance the course from the aspects of raising the ability of endogenous development, perfecting the manage-ment system and mechanisms and improving the cultural ecology of Party construction etc.
