国家监察体制改革研究:一个文献综述

The Research of the Reform of the State Supervision System: a Literature Review

2016年以来,国内学界围绕国家监察体制改革进行了多视角多层次的研究,主要涉及何为国家监察体制改革、为何开展国家监察体制改革、如何开展国家监察体制改革等问题,取得了颇为丰硕的研究成果。这些都是值得充分肯定的,但同时也应该看到,目前学界在这方面的研究尚处于初始阶段,因而研究中难免存在一些不足之处。今后要从加强国家监察体制改革基础理论问题的研究、增加学术界的交流和思想争鸣、坚持理论研究和实证分析相结合等方面,进一步深化国家监察体制改革研究。

The Chinese academia has been conducting a multi-angle and multi-level study on the reform of the state supervision system and making fruitful research achievements since 2016, mainly involving： what the reform is, why and how we should carry out it.All of these are worthy of the full positive but we should recognize that there must be some insufficiency owing to the fact that the cur-rent research in this field is still in the initial stage. Further study on the reform of the state supervision system is needed from the fol-lowing aspects： strengthening the basic theoretical research, increasing the academic exchanges and ideological contention, insisting on the combination of the theoretical research and empirical analysis in the future.
