以医院为基础的院外早产儿延续性护理方案的构建

Construction of hospital-based transitional care program for out-of-hospital preterm infants

[目的]构建以医院为基础的院外早产儿延续护理方案。[方法]在现状调查和文献分析的基础上采用Delphi法对22名专家进行2轮指标的函询。[结果]权威程度系数分别为0.826、0.828,协调系数为0.347;经过咨询后确定了以医院为基础的院外早产儿延续性护理方案,其中包括5个一级指标,22个二级指标。[结论]专家的积极性和权威程度高,对各级指标的意见趋于一致,应用Delphi法构建的早产儿院外延续护理方案具有较好的科学性,为临床开展早产儿延续护理提供借鉴。

Objective：To construct the hospital-based transitional care program for out-of-hospital preterm infants.Methods：On the basis of the current investigation and literature analysis,Delphi method was used to carry out two-rounds consultation for 22 experts.Results：The authority coefficient（Cr）were 0.826 and 0.828,and the Kendall＇s coefficient of concordance（W）was 0.347.The hospitalbased transitional care program for out-of-hospital preterm infants was constructed following the two-round survey,which consisted of 5 first-rank indicators,22 second-rank indicators.Conclusion：The experts achieve the consensus on the hierarchical indicators.The scientific transitional care program for out-of-hospital preterm infants is constructed by Delphi method,and will provide the reference for clinical transitional care for preterm infants.
