2013年—2015年我国护理核心期刊刊载肿瘤护理基金论文的载文分析

Bibliometric analysis of fund-supported articles about oncology nursing published in core nursing journals in China from 2013 to 2015

[目的]从文献分析的角度分析我国肿瘤护理基金论文的现状、存在的问题及原因,为肿瘤护理研究提供参考。[方法]以《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》(CJCR)中报告的国内12种护理核心期刊刊载的全部肿瘤护理文献为研究对象,中国知网、万方和维普为统计来源数据库,对2013年—2015年刊载的肿瘤护理基金文献进行分析。[结果]2013年—2015年国内核心期刊共刊载肿瘤护理论文4 108篇,其中基金论文983篇。肿瘤护理基金文献数量呈逐年增长趋势,文献基金资助以省级资助为主,合著论文占96.13%;作者分布最多的前5个地区为江苏省、上海市、广东省、广西壮族自治区及湖北省,发文量共占基金文献的53%;研究主题主要是肿瘤专科护理研究和肿瘤护理实践,对象多为肿瘤病人。[结论]目前肿瘤护理学受到重视,基金文献数量逐年增长,但整体数量不足。肿瘤护理基金论文研究对象多局限于病人,作者合著率较高,且地区分布不均匀,以中部和东南部省市为主。

Objective：To investigate the current status,existing problems and reasons of fund-supported articles about oncology nursing by bibliometric analysis,so as to provide the reference for future oncology nursing research.Methods：The oncology nursing literatures published in the 12 core nursing journals reported from Chinese Journal Citation Report（CJCR）core edition were used as the research object.The oncology nursing literatures were analyzed based on the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,Wanfang and VIP from 2013 to 2015.Results：A total of 4 108 articles about oncology nursing were published in China from2013 to 2015,of which 983 were fund-supported articles,with an increasing trend yearly.The projects were funded mainly by provincial level subjects,and co-authored articles accounted for 96.13%.The authors were distributed mainly in Jiangsu,Shanghai,Guangdong,Guangxi and Hubei,which accounted for 53% of fund-supported articles.The research theme of the fund-supported papers is mainly based on the oncology specialized nursing research and practice,and most of the subjects were oncology patients.Conclusion：The oncology nursing has be promoted now,the number of fund-supported papers has increased,but the overall number is still insufficient.The research object of fund-supported articles about oncology nursing were mostly oncology patients.The rate of co-authors is relatively high,and the regional distribution appears imbalance,which are mainly located in the central and south-eastern provinces.
