绿色供应链是将环保节能等“绿色”因素融入整个供应链的新型环境管理手段,该概念在20世纪由美国提出后,逐渐影响各国的环境管理理念.概述了国内外绿色供应链的研究与实践现状.阐述了实施绿色供应链管理对上海市实现产业结构调整、环境风险管理、政府职能转变和规避贸易壁垒等方面的重要意义.分析了上海市推行绿色供应链管理在政策环境、企业管理、技术储备和公众意识等方面的基础条件.提出了在上海市继续深化示范和推广绿色供应链管理的建议.

Green supply chain （GSC）, a creative environmental management measure incorporating greenfactors into whole supply chain, was originated in the United States in last century and is now gradually influencingthe idea of environmental management worldwide. Present status of the research and practice on GSC both inChina and overseas was summarised. The significance of GSC management for realising industrial restructuring,environmental risk management, governmental function transformation, trade barrier avoiding, and etc. in Shanghaiwas expounded. Basic conditions of policy environment, business management, technology strength and publicawareness for carrying out the GSC management in Shanghai were analysed. The suggestions to further deepenthe pilot cases and spread GSC management in Shanghai have been given.
