颅内动脉瘤采用外科手术和血管内治疗的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect of surgery and endovascular treatment for intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨颅内动脉瘤患者采用外科手术和血管内治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析60例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料,按照随机分配的原则分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组采用开颅颅内动脉瘤手术治疗,实验组采用血管内栓塞治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果、并发症、改良后的Rankin评分、住院时间、神经功能评分等情况。结果实验组治疗有效率90.00%高于对照组的83.33%,实验组术后并发症和神经功能评分情况优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开颅手术治疗和血管栓塞治疗均可取得较好疗效,在实际治疗中应根据动脉瘤的位置、大小、医师的手术经验等来选择合适的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgery and endovascular treatment for intracranial aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with intracranial aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by craniotomy and surgery for intracranial aneurysms,while the experimental group was treated by endovascular embolization.The clinical therapeutic effect,complications,modified Rankin score,hospitalization time and neurological function score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （90.00% vs 83.33%）.The postoperative complications and neurological function score in the experimental group were better than those in thecontrol group（P 〉0.05）.The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Both craniotomy and vascular embolization can achieve good curative effect.In the actual treatment,the appropriate treatment method should be selected according to the scope and size of the tumor and the experience of the surgeon.
