摘要
目的将人文管理融入到护理管理中,充分调动护理人员的积极性,发挥护理人员的最大潜能,提高护理管理效能。方法更新护理管理理念,将人文关怀深入人心,实施恰当的人文管理,重视人的因素,营造浓厚的文化氛围,搭建良好的发展平台。结果增强了护理人员的人文关怀能力和职业成就感,提高了护理人员管理依从性和工作创造性及满意度。结论为护理人员营造和谐的人文环境,实施恰当的人文管理,搭建发展空间和平台,对调动护理人员工作积极性和创造性,提高管理效能具有重要作用。
Objective Humanistic management was applied to the nursing management to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and maximize the potential of the nursing staff,to improve the efficiency of nursing management.Methods The concept of nursing management was updated to root the concept of humanistic care.The humanistic management highlighting the roles of people was properly applied to create a strong cultural atmosphere and build a well platform to development.Results Humanistic management improved the humanistic care ability,professional accomplishment,management compliance,creation and satisfaction of the nursing staff.Conclusion Humanistic environment,proper humanistic management is important in mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of nursing staff and improving the management efficiency.
