CR/PVC共混工艺研究

摘要 随着各种新型材料的不断出现和市场对材料性能要求的不断提高,对一些传统材料进行改性研究来提高其性能降低成本成为当下热门话题。本实验主要研究CR/PVC并用方法,来改善弹性体的各项性能并降低生产成本。采用乳液共混的方法,分析CR/PVC共混比对混炼胶硫化特性曲线的影响,以及交联剂DB、硫化温度、硫化时间等对共混体拉伸强力、拉伸最大伸长率、硬度的影响。 With a variety of new materials emerging market and increasing the requirements of material properties and on some of the traditional material was modified to improve its capability and to reduce costs become the current hot topic. This experiment mainly studies the CR/PVC and uses the method,to improve the elasticity of the performance and reduce the production cost. The influence of emulsion Bludgeon with method was adopted to analysis of CR/PVC blend ratio of mixed effect of rubber vulcanization characteristic curve,and cross linking agent d B,curing temperature,curing time of blends tensile strength,tensile maximum elongation,hardness.
