磺化石墨烯催化邻二甲苯的硝化反应研究

摘要 通过改良的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯并对其进行磺化制备了磺化石墨烯固体酸催化剂。以95%硝酸为硝化试剂,以磺化石墨烯为催化剂,研究了磺化石墨烯用量、硝酸用量及反应温度对邻二甲苯的硝化反应的影响。研究发现,当95%硝酸与邻二甲苯的质量比为2.4/1.06,磺化石墨烯0.1g,反应温度为45℃时,单硝化产物收率达到87.4%。 Graphene oxide was prepared by the way of modified Hummers. Then graphene oxide was sulfonated to getting solid acid catalyst of sulfonated graphene. The effects of the amount of sulfonated graphene,95% nitric acid and reaction temperature on the nitrification reaction of o-xylene were studied. The study found that when the mass ratio of nitric acid to o-xylene was 2. 4/1. 06,the quality of the sulfonated grapheme was 0. 1 g,reaction temperature was 45 ℃,the yield of single nitration reached 87.4%.
