Expert System for Fault Diagnosis of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Based on CLIPS

利用CLIPS与Visual C++6.0混合编程建立专家系统,整理总结循环流化床锅炉运行故障诊断专家知识,按照CLIPS编码规则编写专家系统知识库。利用CLIPS推理机分析故障原因,专家系统实现循环流化床锅炉故障的诊断,并给出可能引起故障的原因。

The expert system is built on the way of using CLIPS and Visual C ＋ ＋ 6. 0. The expert knowledge of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler operating fault diagnosis is summarized and compiled the knowledge database according the code rule of CLIPS. The fault diagnosis of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler is analyzed by using CLIPS inference machine,and the possible cause of failure is given by the expert system.
