灵芝—银杏双向固体发酵抗氧化性优化及活性物质的研究 被引量:3

Study on the Antioxidative Optimization and Active Substances of Ganoderma lucidum and Ginkgo biloba Bi-directional Solid Fermentation

摘要 以灵芝菌株作为出发菌株,以银杏叶作为基质,通过双向发酵工程技术,对灵芝菌株的抗氧化性及活性物质进行了研究。通过测定超氧自由基清除能力、还原能力、羟基自由基清除能力对新型菌株的抗氧化性进行了评价,在单因素实验基础上,利用正交实验优化了灵芝—银杏双向固体发酵的最佳条件结果表明:在银杏叶添加量为5g/袋(300g),培养料含水率为70%、灭菌时间90min的条件下,灵芝菌株的还原力达到0.374;活性物质多糖含量为51.60 mg/g,三萜含量为14.42 mg/g,总黄酮质含量为5.76 mg/g,分别是对照的1.98倍、2.02和2.35倍。 Using bi-directional solid fermentation technology,Ginkgo biloba for medicinal matrix and Ganoderma lucidum as fermentation strain,the bi-directional solid fermentation conditions were optimized with the antioxidant activity(reducing power,superoxide radical scavenging and OH-scavenging)as the main index through single factor and orthogonal test,and the active materials were measured.Result showed that the optimum fermentation culture conditions were:the amount of Ginkgo biloba 5 g/bag(300 g),moisture content in medium was 70%,sterilizing time was 90 min.In the condition,the antioxidant activity of fermentation medium was the highest,reducing power was 0.374;and the yield of polysaccharide,triterpene compounds and total flavonoids 51.60 mg/g,14.42 mg/g and 5.76 mg/g,compared with the control,these active materials were up to 1.98,2.02,and 2.35 times respectively.
