鼻窦内镜术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及对鼻腔气流的影响

The curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyp and its effect on nasal airflow

目的:探究鼻窦内镜术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及对鼻腔气流的影响。方法:选取90例鼻窦炎鼻息肉病人,采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,对照组给予传统手术治疗,观察组给予鼻窦内镜术治疗,比较2组临床疗效、手术前后鼻腔气流和嗅觉功能情况。结果:观察组临床有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。2组手术治疗后与手术前比较鼻气道总阻力及嗅觉功能评分均降低,且观察组术后上述指标较对照组改善更加显著(P<0.01)。结论:鼻窦内镜术较传统手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善鼻腔内通气气流的情况,帮助改善嗅觉的恢复。

Objective： To explore the curative effects of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyp and its effect on nasal airflow. Methods： Ninety patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method（ 45 cases each group）. The control group and observation group were treated with conventional surgery and sinus endoscopy,respectively. The clinical curative effect,nasal airflow before and after operation,olfactory function between two groups were compared. Results： The clinical total effective rate in observation group（ 93. 33%） was higher than that in control group（ 77. 78%）（ P〈0. 05）. Compared before operation,the postoperative nasal airway resistance and scores of olfactory function in two groups decreased,and the improvement degree of which in observation group was better than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyp is better than that of traditional surgery,which can effectively improve the condition of nasal ventilation airflow and smell function.
