摘要
本文通过实验利用气象色谱法旨在探讨工作场所空气中甲拌磷的最佳试验条件。实验结果表明:甲拌磷在0.1μg/m L^100μg/m L范围内线形关系良好,精密度为5.2﹪。故本方法简便,快速,准确,可适用于工作场所空气甲拌磷的准确测定。
In this experiment, the best experimental conditions for the use of phorate in the air of workplaces were investigated using gas chromatography. Experiments show that in the range of 0.1-100 μg/ml of retinol linear relationship is good, the precision is 5.2%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of pyridinium in workplace air.
