通过对2017年乌鲁木齐市道路交通噪声昼间和夜间常规监测数据统计分析,区域环境噪声质量均属于"二级(较好)"等级,道路交通噪声质量均属于"一级(好)"等级,有针对性分析并提出了各类噪声污染防治措施。
