摘要
随着环境监测服务市场的全面放开,应进一步加强对社会化环境监测机构的监管。本文以江阴市环境监测站为例,探讨如何加强对承接环境监测分包业务的社会化检测机构的质量监督。
With the full liberalization of the environmental monitoring service market, the supervision of socialized environmental monitoring agencies should be further strengthened. This paper takes Jiangyin City Environmental Monitoring Station as an example to discuss how to strengthen the quality supervision of the social testing institutions that undertake environmental monitoring and subcontracting business.
