摘要
以某市政污水处理厂浓缩池污泥为研究对象,以污泥沉降比、污泥比阻(SRF)为指标,研究了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对污泥脱水性能的影响,探讨了助凝剂生石灰对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明:PAM作污泥调理剂的最佳投加量为40mg/L且生石灰联合PAM作为污泥的调理剂脱水效果更好。生石灰10g/L、PAM 20mg/L为最佳污泥调理药剂组合。
Taking the sludge from a concentrated municipal sewage treatment plant as the research object, the effect of polyacrylamide (PAM) on the dewatering performance of sludge was studied by using the sludge settlement ratio and sludge specific resistance (SRF) as indicators. Influence of Coagulant Quicklime on Dewatering Performance of Sludge . The results showed that: 1) Quicklime combined with PAM as a conditioning agent for sludge was more effective than single PAM conditioner. 2) When PAM is used as a sludge conditioner, the optimal dosage is 40 mg/L. 3) Adding quicklime coagulant can signifcantly increase the dewatering effect of sludge, and can greatly reduce the amount of PAM focculant. Under the experimental conditions, quicklime 10g/L and PAM 20mg/L were the optimal sludge conditioning agents.
