三种镍钛器械对根管预备效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较机用M3-Pro、Mtwo和WaveOne三种镍钛器械的根管预备效果。方法:选取45颗近期拔除的下颌第一前磨牙并随机分为A、B、C三组,分别采用三种不同的机用器械进行预备,将根管预备过程中外溢出根尖孔的碎屑进行离心、干燥并称重,对三组的碎屑以及玷污层进行综合评分。结果:C组产生的碎屑量明显多于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),用扫描电镜观察根管壁的各个部位,相较于根尖部各组冠1/3处评分低。在碎屑评分中,各组同一部位进行比较时,A组评分低于B组及C组,A组与B组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用M3-Pro镍钛器械和Mtwo镍钛器械完成的根管预备,根尖孔的碎屑溢出量及根管的清理效果优于WaveOne组,且M3-Pro镍钛器械更加经济实惠。 Objective:Compare the prepared effect of root canal of machine M3-Pro,Mtwo and WaveOne nickel-titanium instruments.Methods:Select the latest pulled 45 mandibular first premolars and random divided into Group A,B,C,carry out the preparation separately by M3-Pro,Mtwo and WaveOne instruments,adopt the centrifugation and drying and weigh for the debris,which are overflowed from the apical foramen in the root canal preparation process;carry out the observation for the cleaning effect of prepared root canal wall by the scanning electron microscope,make the marking for the debris and smear layer.Results:The amount of debris produced in group C was more than that in group A and group B,and there was a significant difference.There was no significant difference in the amount of debris produced in A and B groups.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the parts of the root canal which has the lower score than the root tips at 1/3 position of each coronal group.Group A has the lower score than group B and group C in the debris marking when carrying out the comparison for the same parts of all groups.C group has a significant difference than other two groups,group A and group B have not the significant difference.Group A,B and C have not been the significant difference in the smear layer marking.Conclusion:The root canal preparation with M3-pro Ni-Ti apparatus and Mtwo Ni-Ti instrument,the debris overflow of apical foramen and the cleaning effect of root canal were better than that of WaveOne group,and M3-Pro nickel-titanium instrument is more cost-effective.
