摘要
探讨了铁道客车DC 600 V电源装置电容爆炸后箱体门板耐受冲击的薄弱点,并用ANSYS软件对薄弱点受力进行了分析,提出了电容爆炸时防止箱体门板飞出的解决方法。
The weak impact resisting points of the door plates for DC 600 Vpower supply cases on railway passenger cars while the capacity exploding are discussed.The ANSYS software is used to analyze the forces on weak points.The solution method to prevent the door plate from flying out while the capacitor is exploding is given out.
