转化炉掺烧瓦斯气的技术攻关与应用实践

摘要 某20万t/a甲醇装置的天然气转化炉原采用天然气和氢回收尾气作为燃烧气源,为降低装置能耗,结合装置的实际情况,将附近炼油厂副产的瓦斯气废物利用,部分替代天然气作为天然气转化炉燃料,进行了天然气转化炉掺烧瓦斯气的技术改造。介绍了技改路线,分析了技改中出现的问题,并采取了相应的技术措施,保证了转化炉的稳定运行。改造后,每年节约的燃料相当于8 846 t标准煤,直接经济效益约2 049万元/a,减少CO2排放约23 kt/a,同时也解决了炼油厂瓦斯气排放而引起的环保问题,创造了可观的经济效益和环境效益。 Natural gas and recycled hydrogen tail gas are used as burning air resource originally in a 200 kt/a methanol unit. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the unit,combining with the practical situation of the unit,the gas which is discharged as byproduct from nearby refinery is utilized to partially replace natural gas as fuel of conversion furnace. The technical transformation of conversion furnace blending combustion with gas is carried out and the technical process is presented. The problems occurred in the technical transformation are analyzed and the corresponding measures are adopted to ensure the stable operation of the conversion furnace. Considerable economic benefit and environmental benefit are created after implement of the technical transformation,including saving fuel amount to 8 846 t standard coal per year,direct profit about 20. 49 million Yuan per year,reducing CO2 discharge about 23 kt/a,and meanwhile,the environmental issue resulted by refinery gas discharge is also resolved.
