三氯化磷生产过程危险性分析及安全措施 被引量:4

摘要 以某三氯化磷装置生产工艺为例,针对其在生产运行过程中可能存在的危害进行了危险性分析。从三氯化磷的生产工艺路线和物料性质方面入手,介绍了设计过程中对安全问题采取的有效措施。采用水压黄磷技术避免了黄磷灼伤事故的发生,并对水压黄磷工艺流程进行了一系列安全分析,采取了有效的预防措施。对生产过程中可能存在的通氯过量、中毒窒息、成品三氯化磷中游离磷含量偏高等危险因素进行了危险性分析,针对导致危险的原因在工艺设计中采取了相应的措施,提高了三氯化磷生产系统的本质安全性。同时指出生产单位需要制定严格的管理制度并加以实行,才能从根本上防止安全事故的发生。 Taking a phosphorus trichloride production process as example,the risk analysis is carried out aiming at the hazards possibly existed in the operational process. The effective measures for safety problem which is adopted in the process design are presented based on the phosphorus trichloride production process and materials properties. Hydraulic pressure yellow phosphorus technology is applied to avoid ambustion of yellow phosphorus,and a series of safety analysis of the process is conducted,some preventive measures are taken. The risk analysis is carried out aiming at the hazards possibly existed in the operational process such as excessive of chlorine,poisoning choke,high content of free phosphorus in the phosphorus trichloride product and so on,and corresponding measures are adopted in the technical design based on the causes of dangerous,therefore,the inherent safety of phosphorus trichloride production system is improved. It is also pointed out that production unit should formulate and implement strict management system in order to fundamentally prevent the accident.
