摘要
海底油气混输管道在输送凝点较高的原油时,投用前需要对海底管道进行预热。文中根据已知的海管参数及设备资料,通过对比分析,并利用管道工艺模拟软件PIPEFLO,验证了海底油气混输管道投产前选择反向预热的可行性,分析了上游平台在不设置预热设备的情况下停产扫线和再启动预热的方案。通过此次设计应用,节约了设备采购及安装费用,节省了海上平台空间,使平台能够及时投入生产。
When subsea oil and gas mix transport pipeline delivers the crude oil with high condensation point,before being brought into production,it should be preheated. This work according to the known subsea pipe parameters and equipment information,through comparative analysis,using pipeline technology simulation software PIPEFLO,the feasibility of choosing reverse preheating before subsea oil and gas mix transport pipeline to be brought into production was verified. Upper platform was analyzed in the case of not set the preheating equipment sweep production line and restart preheating. Through this design and application,the equipment procurement and installation costs were saved,so that the platform can be put into production timely.
