摘要
对U形双管板管束在制造过程中可能影响产品质量的关键点进行分析,发现内管板与换热管的强度胀接质量是影响整台U形双管板管束质量的关键。采用理论计算与胀接试验相结合的方法合理选择液压胀接压力,确保胀接质量。对管板加工、管束组装、液压胀接、隔离腔与管板组装、压力试验等进行了详细介绍,合理选择装配顺序并严格控制。实践证明,生产过程中严格按照制造工艺制作U形双管板管束,产品质量得到了保证。
By analyzing the key points of U-shaped double tube sheet bundle in the manufacturing process that may affect product quality,it was found that the strength expanded joint quality of tube sheet and heat exchange tube was the key point of the whole set of U-shaped double tube sheet bundles. The method of combination of theoretical calculation and expansion test was used to select the pressure of hydraulic expansion,in order to ensure the quality of expansion. Tube sheet processing,bundle assembly,hydraulic expansion,isolation chamber and tube plate assembly,pressure testing etc were introduced in detail. Assembly sequence was selected reasonably and controlled strictly. Practice proved that in the process of production,the U-shaped double tube bundle is made in strict accordance with the manufacturing process,and the product quality is guaranteed.
