特殊工况下海底管道膨胀弯安装设计方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 连接油田组块的海底管道纵横交汇,分布复杂,按照常规膨胀弯设计无法满足施工要求,需要根据实际工况进行调整。文中通过实际工程案例,介绍了路由限制空间膨胀弯设计、交叉点跨越膨胀弯设计、旋转立管角度膨胀弯设计、额头立体膨胀弯设计、三通膨胀弯设计来解决特殊工况下膨胀弯安装设计中的问题,为解决膨胀弯安装设计问题提供借鉴。 The subsea pipeline connecting the oilfield blocks were vertically and horizontally,and the distribution was complex. According to the conventional spool design cannot meet the construction requirement,it needed to be adjusted according to the actual conditions. This paper introduced restricted route area spool design,crossing point spanning spool design and rotating riser angle spool design,goose neck tridimensional spool design,T-branch spool design to solve the construction problem of spool installation through practical engineering,that provides reference for solving the problem of spool installation design.
