Technology Research of Luning Line Suining Station Heating Furnace Changing to Burn Natural Gas

文中以鲁宁线睢宁站加热炉改烧天然气项目为例,对改烧天然气后烟囱中产生大量冷凝水的原因和危害进行了分析。提出在梯形箱上部安装集水环形装置,可以有效避免冷凝水回流带来的危害。此外,对鲁宁线睢宁站加热炉改烧天然气应用意义进行了分析。

Taking the project of Luning line Suining station heating furnace changing to burn natural gas as an example,the causes and harms of a large amount of condensate water in the chimney were analyzed. It was proposed to install the annular water collecting device on the upper part of the trapezoid box,which can effectively avoid the harm of condensate water backflow. Also,application significance analysis of the project of Luning line Suining station heating furnace changing to burn natural gas was made.
