This paper started from the anticorrosion pipe structure,expounded the importance and control objective of anticorrosion layer thickness uniformity,from the analysis of steel pipe shape,anticorrosion technology,operating line accuracy,compression roller,water cooling,etc,the specific reasons that affect the anticorrosion layer thickness uniformity were analyzed,the solutions to improve the steel shape precision,improve the transmission line precision,maintain pressure roll pressure stabilizing and strengthen the cooling effect of water were proposed,improving the thickness uniformity of the anticorrosion layer.
