摘要
本项目位于郑州市,采用剪力墙结构体系,屋面高度149.1m,属于高度超限建筑,同时存在扭转不规则、尺寸突变等不规则项。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,进行了整体结构弹性计算、弹性时程分析和性能目标验算,同时采用ABAQUS软件进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。最后结合计算分析结果,提出针对性的抗震加强措施确保结构安全可行。
A high-rise residential building located in Zhengzhou city was a shear wall structural system with large height-width ratio. The roof height was 149.1 meters which was out of codes. And torsional irregularity,abrupt change in sizes, etc. also made its design a complex one. Performance-based aseismic design method was adopted. Series of calculation were included such as overall elastic calculation of structure,elastic time-history analysis and performance checking. And elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes was also performed by ABAQUS.Analysis results helped to make pertinent aseismic strengthening measures to make the structure safe and feasible.
