超声引导下对浅表肿块穿刺活检结合免疫组化技术在寻找原发病灶中的应用价值

The Clinical Value of Needle Biopsy Combined with Immunohistocgemistry Technology Dealing with Superficial Lumps to Discover the Nidus under the Guidance of Focus Ultrasonic

目的探讨超声引导下对浅表肿块穿刺活检结合免疫组化技术在寻找原发病灶中的临床应用价值。方法超声引导下对颈部、锁骨上、胸壁、脐部、腹股沟等浅表部位肿块进行穿刺活检,病理检查的同时行免疫组化检查以提示原发病灶的来源。结果对2016年我院29例患者行超声介入穿刺活检结合免疫组化检查,明确病理诊断的29例,其中能明确原发病灶的21例,提供原发病灶来源范围的8例。准确率达72%,有效率100%。结论超声引导下对浅表肿块穿刺活检可以获得明确的病理结果,辅以免疫组化检查,有助于临床医师明确原发病灶的来源。

Objective An investigation into the clinical value of needle biopsy combined with immunohistocgemistry technology dealing with superficial lumps to discover the nidus under the guidance of focus ultrasonic. Method Under the guidance of focus ultrasonic, puncture superficial lumps on the neck, clavicle, chest, umbilicus,groin, together with the immunohistocgemistry to discover the nidus. Result In 2016, 29 patients were examined by the needle biopsy combined with immunohistocgemistry. Among these 29 explicit pathology diagnosis,In 21 cases, nidus can definitely be discovered, the range of nidus can be told in other 8 cases. The accuracy reaches to 72%, validity 100%. Conclusion Under the guidance of focus ultrasonic, the precise nidus can be discovered with the needle biopsy dealing with superficial lumps,combined with immunohistocgemistry technology.
