摘要
自动插件机插件系统由研华工控机IPC-610L+固高GTN运动控制卡(4轴拓展模块)组成控制核心。该插件系统的设计通过Z轴滚珠丝杆花键副带动末端执行气缸直线、旋转运动,配合不同取料夹爪快速拾取电子元器件,完成PCB板料导电通孔的安插工作;通过在IEC 61131-3编程环境下完成相应的控制程序策略且加以分析,很好地实现了插件系统的取料、插件动作。
Advantech IPC-610 L and Gugao motion control card GTN(4-axis expansion module)are used to control the core of plug in system of automatic plug-in machine. In the design process of the plug-in system, Z-axis ball screw spline drives actuating cylinder to realize linear and rotary motion, then different reclaimer jaws quickly pickup electronic components and plug them in PCB sheet conductive vias. Under IEC 61131-3 programming environment,the corresponding control strategy and program are completed to achieve a good implementation of the plug-in system fetching, plug-in action.
