摘要
为了探究北京地铁砂卵石地层条件下最优的刀盘结构,提出了4种典型的刀盘结构型式,分析了刀盘在掘进过程中所受载荷并进行计算,针对每种结构型式分别建立了盘体厚度为350 mm、400 mm和500 mm的有限元分析模型,得出了每种刀盘的应力分布图。对结果进行分析比对,发现辐条式刀盘的辐条最大应力和云腿最大应力均低于辐板式刀盘,直云腿刀盘结构性能优于斜云腿刀盘,最后优选出砂卵石地层条件下结构性能最优的刀盘结构和尺寸为辐板式直云腿厚400m m的刀盘。
In order to investigate the optimal cutterhead structure for Beijing metro sandy cobble stratum, four typical cutterhead structure styles are presented. The load on the cutterhead is analyzed and calculated. The finite element models of cutterhead with thickness of 350 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm for each structure style are established respectively, and the stress distribution of each style is obtained. By analyzing and comparing the results, we find that the maximum stress on spokes and corbels of spoke-style cuttehead are lower than that on the board-style cutterhead;the structural properties of cutterhead with straight corbel are better than that with oblique corbel. Finally, the optimal cutterhead structure and size for sandy cobble stratum is selected, which is spoke-style cutterhead with oblique corbel and 400 mm in thickness.
