摘要
分析了生物燃料制粒机发展现状与产业现状,生物燃料制粒设备结构和工作原理。基于某企业生产的SZLH400型生物燃料制粒机,进行环模和压辊受力分析,得出压辊和环模的相互作用力的影响因素。提出针对改善压辊和环模磨损的措施:降低环模转速对提高环模及压辊的耐用度、颗粒质量影响较大,改进难度较小,花费成本最低,但会降低部分生产率,能明显改善环模和压辊的耐用度。改用承载能力较高的轴承、改变刮板的位置和结构、降低物料杂质对提高环模耐用度有一定改善作用。
This paper analyzes the development status and industrial status of biofuel pellet mill, the structure and working principle of biofuels pelletizing equipment. Based on the SZLH400 bio-fuel pellet mill produced by an enterprise, the force analysis of the ring die and the pressure roller is carried out, and the influencing factors of the interaction force between the pressure roller and the ring die are obtained. The measures to improve the wear of the pressure roller and the ring die are put forward. The reduction of the ring die speed can greatly increase the durability of the ring die and the pressure roller, and has a great effect on the particle quality, which is less difficult to be improved and the cost is lowest, but will reduce some productivity and obviously improve ring die and roller durability.The use of bearings with higher bearing capacity, the position and structure change of the squeegee, and reduction of material impurities have a certain effect on improving the durability of the ring die.
