发泡水泥保温板切割机的设计与分析

摘要 对发泡水泥保温板切割机进行设计,确定切割装置选用数根锯条组成锯系作为切割方式,选用曲柄滑块机构实现锯系的上下往复运动进行保温板毛坯切割,确定进料装置选用数根无动力辊子组成的辊子系减小毛坯进给过程中的摩擦力,选用链式推杆机构将链轮的回转运动转变为推杆的水平直线运动,推动毛坯实现水平直线进给。利用ADAMS软件分析了切割装置的设计可行性。该设计可以提高发泡水泥保温板的加工效率,对促进泡沫混凝土制品的推广应用具有重要意义。 The paper designs a cutting machine of the foam cement insulation board. Several saw blades are used to form a saw system in the cutting device. Crank slider mechanism is used to realize the reciprocating motion of the saw system to cut the insulation board blank.The feeding device adopts a roller system composed of a plurality of non-powered rollers to reduce the friction in the feeding process of the blank.The chain-type pusher mechanism is adopted to convert the slewing motion of the sprocket into the horizontal linear motion of the push rod, and push the blank to achieve horizontal linear feed.The design feasibility of the cutting device is analyzed using ADAMS software. The design can improve the processing efficiency of foam cement insulation board, which is of great significance to promote the popularization and application of foam concrete products.
