摘要
抗震性能是变压器设计中的一个关键指标,而模态分析是一切振动分析的基础。有限元分析中实体抽壳是一种特殊的有限元模型处理方法,可以大大减少单元数量,提高计算效率。文中以简化的变压器油箱模型为例,用ANSYS Workbe nch软件建立了两种有限元模型,分别对实体单元模型和抽壳后的壳单元模型进行了模态计算,分别提取了前20阶的自振频率,并对计算结果进行了对比,对变压器有限元模型简化方法提出了建议。
Seismic performance is a key parameter of the transformer design. The modal analysis is the basic of all vibration analysis. Solid shell is a special finite element model treatment method in the finite element analysis; it can greatly reduce the number of elements and improve the efficiency of the calculation. A simplified transformer tank model is used as an example. Two finite element models are established using ANSYS Workbench software. The modal calculation is performed on the solid element model and the shell element model after shell extraction respectively. The first 20 order frequencies are separately extracted, and the calculation results are compared. Suggestion is proposed for the simplified method of the transformer finite element model.
