摘要
随着汽车质量要求的日益提升和上市周期的不断缩短,整车企业发展方向促使其集成度越来越高,推升了很多车身总成级别零件外包采购。在车身MP零件研发及启动过程中,由结构、材料、开发时间等因素带来的尺寸质量(公差)提升过程中设计容差风险会越来越大,为有效地规避和控制这类风险。提出一种基于制造需求,并通过一系列技术标准和数模审核对设计风险进行提前识别和控制的方法。
With the increasing quality requirements of automobiles and the continuous shortening of the production cycle, the development direction of vehicle companies has led to a higher degree of integration, which has boosted the outsourcing of many body parts. During the RD and start-up of body MP parts, the risk of design tolerance in the process of upgrading the dimension quality(tolerance) brought by factors such as structure, material, and development time will increase. In order to effectively avoid and control such risks, this paper proposes a method based on manufacturing requirements(MR) and identifies and controls design risks through a series of technical standards and digital model audits.
