摘要
从工程实用的角度阐述了航空发动机研发过程中提升试验件固有测试性的措施。在技术层面上,给出了试验件在结构强度、加工和装配工艺设计中的具体建议,包括调整零件连接方式和支点位置,设置测试辅助结构,融合测试元件与试验件的设计,以及强度优化设计。在管理层面上,提出了以系统工程的方法统筹策划并实施试验与测试工作流程的思路,使测试设计在试验策划阶段即介入其中,并以综合产品研发团队(IPDT)的形式,开展试验与测试工作,保证测试需求合理,测试手段可行。
This paper expounds the measures to improve the inherent testability of test pieces in the process of aircraft engine RD. From the technical point of view, the detailed suggestions on the test articles design, manufacturing and assembly process are given, including modification of parts connecting method and supporting position, adding instrumentation support structure, merging instrumentation element with test article, and reconsidering strength design.From the management point of view, the concept of comprehensive planning and implementing test and instrumentation programs are proposed using systems engineering methodology. Instrumentation design should be initiated at the very beginning of test planning, and Integrate Product Development Team(IPDT)should be organized to conduct test and instrumentation work to make sure the measurement requirements are reasonable and instrumentations are feasible.
