摘要
讨论了现有D165数控机床在不改变机床主要结构的前提下,从滚珠丝杠螺距、危险转速、转动惯量、快速启动力矩及刚性联轴器等方面进行计算,分析D165机床X/Y/Z三轴最大快速移动速度是否可以由30 m/min提升到60 m/min。结果表明,提升快移速度的最佳方案是改变滚珠丝杠螺距及电动机型号。
The calculation and analysis of ball screw pitch, dangerous rotation speed, moment of inertia, quick start torque and rigid coupling are discussed. Without changing the main structure of the existing D165 CNC machine tool,this paper studies whether the X/Y/Z triaxial maximum rapid movement speed can be increased from 30 m/min to 60 m/min. The analysis results show that the best way to increase the rapid traverse speed is to change the ball screw pitch and motor type.
