面向配套约束的航天物资管理模式分析与改善

Analysis and Improvement of Aerospace Material Management Mode for Supporting Constraints

通过对航天制造业生产线经常因物资配套不及时而导致生产无法有序进行问题的分析,总结出了影响航天物资配套不及时的两大因素为短线物资的管理及物资配送过程。针对短线物资管理问题,给出了面向信息化的物资管理方法及模型;针对物资配送问题,分析了物资配送的流程,采用ECRS原则建立了优化物资配送的模型,并通过实例分析,验证了该模型的有效性与可行性。

Through the analysis of the problem that the production line of the aerospace manufacturing industry cannot be orderly carried out due to the material supply delay, two factors that affect material supply delay are summarized,one is management of short-term materials; the other is material delivery process. Aiming at the problem of the shortterm material management, the material management method and model for information oriented are given; then the process of material distribution is analyzed. The model of optimizing material distribution is established using ECRS principle, and the validity and feasibility of the model are verified by case analysis.
