This paper introduces the concepts of blasting purge and ductile-brittle transition temperature respectively.By the help of equations, program of 2 nd loop system blasting purge and hydrostatic test should be ameliorative.Reasons of the test program provisions are discussed primarily. Some problems happened in implementation process on Fuqing site and their solutions are illustrated by the meanwhile.
