摘要
凝汽器喉部是汽机排汽的入口,喉部及连通管的结构以及阻力是评价凝汽器设计的重要指标。如果喉部及连通管结构做的不合理会造成流动阻力损失,增大凝汽器喉部及连通管部分的压降,对凝汽器的性能造成影响。为了保证喉部及连通管设计的合理性,文中对某凝汽器喉部及连通管结构进行了详细的流场分析,模拟了汽机排汽进入凝汽器的流动状态,计算了流动阻力,对凝汽器喉部和连通管的合理设计给出了综合意见。为凝汽器喉部及连通管设计提供了基础参考资料。
Condenser throat is the inlet of the turbine exhaust. The structure and the resistance of the throat and the connecting pipe are important indicator for condenser design. The unreasonable structure will cause flow loss, increase pressure drop in throat and the connecting pipe, which will affect the performance of the condenser. To ensure the reasonable design of throat and connecting pipe, this paper analyzes the structure of throat and connecting pipe,simulates the flow of turbine exhaust into the condenser, and calculates the flow resistance. Comprehensive advice is given on the rational design of the condenser throat and connecting pipe. It provides basic reference material for throat and connecting pipe design.
