摘要
红色文化与实施文化强国战略有着密切联系,红色文化为文化强国的发展提供了优先条件,文化强国的建设也为红色文化的发展提供了机遇。对于红色文化的发展必须要建立有效的宣传教育机制,通过对宣教对象的分众化,宣教内容的创新化,宣教载体的立体化,宣教形式的多样化,健全先进文化政策等几方面的分析,从而实现建构国民"文化身份",重塑国民信仰,提升国家文化发展软实力。
Red culture is a special type of culture formed by the Communist Party of China in the long-term revolutionary practice. Itis an important part of China's advanced culture. Revolutionary songs are produced under certain historical conditions and have veryimportant values. Sing revolutionary songs and inherit red spirit. At present, revolutionary song is facing the crisis that a newgeneration of young people is not interested in them. The young do not understand the spiritual meaning of revolutionary songs.Therefore, in a sociable society, we call for the return of red spirit. For the development of red culture, it is necessary to establish aneffective propaganda and education mechanism, through the decentralization of propaganda and education objects, the innovation ofpropaganda and education content, the diversification of propaganda and education forms. This paper analyzes advanced culturalpolicies, so as to stimulate people's courage to fight forward and cultivate their noble moral sentiments.
