就黄冈市粮食产业经济发展现状,分析黄冈粮食产业经济发展中存在的主要问题,并提出处理好"供给侧"与"需求侧"关系、促进粮食产业转型升级做大、做强龙头企业、延伸粮食产业链条、建立合作共赢机制、创造良好运行环境的对策措施,以及为该地区粮食产业经济发展提供参考。

This paper discusses the current situation of grain industry economic development in Huanggang,analyzing the main problems in the development of grain industry economy,putting forward the main countermeasures of dealing with the relationship between ＂supply side＂ and ＂demand side＂,promoting the transformation and upgrading of grain industry,extending the grain industrial chain,establishing cooperative and ＂win-win＂ mechanism,creating a good running environment,all these measures canprovide reference for the economic development of grain industry in this area.
