摘要 高效液相色谱-紫外-氢化物发生-原子荧光联用法(HPLC-UV-HG-AFS)检测稻谷中汞含量及其化学形态。并对HPLC-UV-HG-AFS和HPLC-ICP-MS两种方法的线性范围、准确度和精密度进行了比较。结果表明,在低浓度时,两种方法的线性和准确度没有显著差异,检测限低,准确度高。但在高浓度时,由于ICP的记忆效应、样品的基体效应,使得HPLC-ICP-MS法测定的结果准确度降低。HPLC-UV-HG-AFS的线性范围更宽,成本低,更适合稻谷中汞的测定。 The improved detection of mercury content and its chemical forms by HPLC-UV-HG-AFS in paddy was discussed.At the same time,the comparative study on HPLC-UV-HG-AFS and HPLC-ICP-MS on the determination of mercury was discussed. In low concentration range,there was no significant difference between two methods on linear and accuracy,both of them have low detection limit and high accuracy.But in high concentration range,due to the memory effect and the matrix effect,the determination value of HPLC-ICP-MS is inaccuracy. So the linear range of HPLC-UV-HG-AFS is wider,and due to the lower cost of it,making it more suitable for the determination of mercury.
